The agreement clearly states that once services are completed, payments will be collected, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
One Call Tech Solution operates under a “payment after service” model, meaning no payment is collected until the service is completed to the satisfaction of the customer. Upon completion, we will send an invoice detailing the charges, and payment will be required as per the agreement.
By signing the service agreement, you acknowledge and accept that payments are non-refundable once the service is delivered. This policy is in place to protect both parties and ensure the timely and professional completion of services.

As outlined in our Refund Policy, payments are non-refundable. This is clearly indicated in the service agreement signed before the commencement of any work. We encourage all customers to review the agreement thoroughly before signing. Once a service is completed, payment is due, and refunds will not be issued under any circumstances.
You may cancel future services that have not yet commenced by providing a written notice at least 7 days prior to the scheduled service date. Any cancellations after this period will be subject to the terms outlined in your service agreement.
All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, displayed on our website is the exclusive property of One Call Tech Solution or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You are prohibited from copying, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works of any content provided by One Call Tech Solution without our express written permission.
One Call Tech Solution is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or inability to use our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.
Any disputes or claims related to these Terms of Service or our services will be handled through the dispute resolution process outlined in the service agreement. If necessary, we may pursue mediation or arbitration as a means of resolving disputes.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review the Terms of Service periodically to ensure continued compliance.
These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
